All our products are laser-cut from high-quality birch plywood. We choose birch for its beautiful grain, durability, and sustainability. Some items are hand-painted or stained, and all are finished to protect the wood and bring out its natural beauty.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch. As each item is handmade, please allow a little extra time during busy periods like Christmas.

Currently we ship within the UK only. We're looking into international shipping options and hope to offer this in the future. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know!

We love creating custom pieces! Whether you'd like a name added to an ornament, a specific colour, or a completely bespoke design, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks.

Our products are finished to be durable, but as they're made from natural wood, we recommend keeping them away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. A gentle dust with a soft cloth is all they need to keep looking lovely.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. As these are handmade items, slight variations are part of their charm and are not considered defects.

We're committed to being as sustainable as possible. We use responsibly sourced birch plywood, minimise waste in our laser-cutting process, and use recyclable packaging materials. Offcuts are repurposed into smaller items wherever possible.
